I love living in this part of the country because I think it is so great to have and experience four seasons. I have had them my entire life, and I’d be sad without them. Snow during the holidays; the smell of hyacinths in the spring; water activities in the summer, and the breathtaking changing leaves in the fall; however, why is winter so long these days? I can’t even remember a time when I didn’t need to bundle up to go outside!

But don’t worry, today when I woke up and looked outside I got a feeling: a feeling that spring is on the way and our local groundhog was right! I can’t explain it but I think that perhaps if everyone thinks “spring” than maybe it’ll come sooner! It’s worth a shot!
